Generally we offer three levels of adult dance classes, all held at Churchill Recreation Centre (345 Richmond Road) in Westboro. However, the class structure for the 2022/23 season may deviate from the norm. The website will be updated when we know more.
Classes for new dancers are held on Mondays, 7:30pm-9:30pm. This class introduces dancers to the basic steps and patterns of Scottish Country Dancing and familiarizes them with the music. After October, the basic class joins the intermediate dancers after the refreshment break so that the two levels can enjoy dancing together.
The intermediate class is also held on Mondays, 7:30pm-9:30pm. This class introduces more complex dance patterns and helps dancers improve their footwork and their response to music.

A class for more experienced dancers is held on Wednesdays, 7:30pm-9:30pm. This class not only explores more unusual dance patterns and more complex dances but also allows experienced dancers to enjoy the basic skills they have acquired at the Intermediate level.
