A short AGM precedes our last dance of the 2025-2026 season. (Don't despair: see the Summer Dancing information for opportunities to keep your toes tapping over the next few months.)

Summer Dancing is available from May to August: keep up your newly learned skills, learn something new or just enjoy an evening with friends in an air-conditioned venue.

All evenings take place at the Churchill Recreation Centre.

Craig Williams is hosting classes open to dancers of all levels: Wednesdays, May 13 - July 22, $7:00 per person per class. You can subscribe to get the dances planned for each class at ottawadancescottish.org  under Summer Classes.

The RSCDS Ottawa Branch organizes social dances on Tuesdays, May 26 - August 18. Three of these evenings are hosted by Ardbrae: June 9, July 14, and August 11. Details are on the Branch website

All Summer Dancing evenings are open to All Dancers. Come for one evening ... or all of them: we will be happy to dance with you!

To begin the new season we have an introductory evening especially designed for newcomers to experience some simple dances and become acquainted with our friendly group. We encourage adults who might enjoy dancing to come along and try it out. The following first 3 classes are FREE for beginners.

The highlight of the dancing year is our formal Ball held in Scotton Hall in the Glebe Community Centre. The Atlantic Firth SCD Band will again provide lively music for a special evening of dancing.
